The project is overseen by a team of young people with experience in customer management and online commerce, who have added to these skills the study and love for one of the best products of Italian culture, wine. Our team is composed of certified sommeliers with an international wine knowledge background.

eBacco was created with the goal of simplifying wine management for foodservice businesses. Our goal is to help professionals enhance their businesses, their products, and their customers' experience through better selection, pairing, story telling and management, in a sustainable fashion. We want to accomplish this through a B2B wine platform that can either support a sommelier or be the digital sommelier for smaller venues that can't afford one.

 

We love collaboration both with our customers, the greatest beneficiaries of our service, and with suppliers. Through the wine scouting services, eBacco aims at creating a network of professionals that, day after day, enhances wine and the experiences that come with it.
